PCIT is one of the strongest evidenced-based treatment models for young children with behavioral challenges due to a variety of reasons, including trauma, ADHD, and ODD. It is an assessment-driven and criterion-based intervention. PCIT is unique in with highly specified, step-by-step, live coached sessions with both the parent/ caregiver and the child. Parents learn skills through PCIT didactic sessions. Using a transmitter and receiver system, the parent/caregiver is coached in specific skills
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference. We use a variety of forms of bilateral stimulation to help the client heal from trauma.
TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) developed by Dr. Stephen Porges is a sound based program to address dysregulation caused by sensory processing disorders, anxiety, post traumatic stress and other disorders which cause an overactive emotional state.
SSP works by reducing hearing sensitivities and improving the ability to process human speech with the goal of calming the automatic nervous system enhancing social engagement.
